NYC apartment living at its best! You may never want to move to another place. I started out in an alcove studio and later upgraded to a 1 bedroom after I got married. We could not be happier with our choice to live at Carnegie Hill Place.

Living at 1510 Lex is like living at a resort. Great apartments with every possible building amenity and apartment feature. I love having a washing machine in my apartment.

NYC’s first totally non-smoking residential building where there is no smoking anywhere even inside the apartments. As a non-smoker, it is nice to know before you rent an apartment, that you will not end up living next door to, across the hall from, or above or below, a smoker.

If you want to live in Manhattan and have to travel for business, this is the place for you. The building, amenities, and staff are great and you can get to and from the major NYC airports in no time.

Carnegie Hill Place is absolutely the best place to live. We have lived in many places all over the world and Carnegie Hill Place tops them all. The building staff is wonderful and does a great job taking care of us!

1510 Lex is such a warm and welcoming environment for residents. It feels like home; it is home.
